FLY and RIDEAndalusia is one of Europe's warmest regions. Its temperate Mediterranean climate is characterized by dry, hot summers and mild winters, with irregular rainfall. This makes it ideal for motorcycle tours, which are available from February to November. Brightness is one of the main characteristics of the Andalusian climate. In fact, the number of hours of sunshine is very high, which no doubt explains the friendly, hospitable character of the Andalusians.

Andalusia's artistic heritage bears witness to a rich millennial past. Granada's Alhambra, the Giralda and Seville's Old Town offer a heritage that belongs to Humanity, while a great many Andalusian towns and villages reflect a splendid artistic past in their own way. And Andalusia is also Spain's vibrant nightlife. With this package, we offer you a flight to Faro (southern Portugal), followed by the rental of a BMW for this Roadtrip.

1

Day 1: Flight to Faro.

Fly to Faro, Portugal, arrive early afternoon, pick up bikes at airport, then first night in Faro in a central hotel close to the old town.
2

Day 2: Faro / Seville, 315 km.

First stage, 60 km of freeway to reach Spain, then on secondary roads to Seville, passing through the Sierra Aracena mid-mountain nature park.
3

Day 3: Seville, free day.

Your hotel is located in the city center, right next to the old town, so you'll be able to stroll and visit on foot. The Andalusian capital exudes joy and liveliness in every street and square of its old town, which is home to a fascinating collection of monuments listed as World Heritage sites, as well as deeply popular neighborhoods such as Triana and La Macarena.
4

Day 4: Seville / Ubeda, 335 km.

Direction Ubeda via the Sierra Subbética and Sierra Magina nature parks. Landscape of olive-tree-filled countryside, and mid-range mountains in the Sierras. Ubeda is known as the capital of the Andalusian Renaissance. Its old town, declared a Historic Site, boasts a splendid heritage of churches, palaces and stately homes. Its historic Renaissance site has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
5

Day 5: Ubeda / Mojacar, 240 km.

Still taking small, bucolic roads, you reach the Mediterranean at Mojacar. Your hotel is by the sea, and depending on the season, you can enjoy the beach.
6

Day 6: Mojacar / Granada, 265 km.

On your way, you'll pass through the Tabernas Desert, where many Westerns have been filmed, and visit the untouched Cow Boys villages that were used for these shoots. You continue through the Sierra Nevada before arriving in Granada.
7

Day 7: Granada, day at leisure.

Your hotel is within walking distance of the Alhambra. Situated at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, Granada was the last city to be reconquered by the Catholic Monarchs in 1492. Fountains, miradors and cármenes, the houses surrounded by gardens that are so characteristic of the city, help to shape its unforgettable secrets. It's with good reason that one of its old quarters, the Albaicín, is listed as a World Heritage Site, along with the Alhambra and the Generalife.
8

Day 8: Granada / Ronda, 275 km.

Return to the olive groves on secondary roads. You reach Ronda, a small town in the province of Malaga split in two by the Tajo del Ronda, a gorge over 150 meters deep. Its old town has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest. This territory was occupied by Celts, Phoenicians, Romans and Arabs, and was finally reconquered by the Catholic Monarchs.
9

Day 9: Ronda / Arcos de la Frontera / Ronda, 195 km.

This loop will take you through the famous white villages of Andalusia, Zahara, Espera, El Bosque, Grazalema, and Arcos de la Frontera. Situated on a spectacular rocky outcrop, Arcos de la Frontera is a picturesque town in the province of Cadiz, with many features reminiscent of its Arab heritage. Its old town has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest. Towers, churches and splendid viewpoints overlooking the Guadalete River are just some of the many attractions on offer in this town in the heart of the Route of the White Villages.
10

Day 10: Ronda / Cadiz, 230 km.

Still on the back roads, you'll reach the famous Rock of Gibraltar, an English enclave just 14 km off the Moroccan coast. You then continue on to Cadiz by the sea.
11

Day 11: Cadiz Free day.

Your hotel is by the sea, so depending on the season, you can enjoy the beach, or visit the old town. Founded 3,000 years ago by the Phoenicians, Cadiz is the oldest city in the West. The various peoples who settled here left their cultural imprint, the influence of which still marks the character of the people of Cadiz today.
12

Day 12: Cadiz / Jerez de la Frontera / Faro, 330 km.

This last leg of the journey will take place on the freeway, to leave a little more time for vacations in Jerez de la Frontera. Jerez, famous for its wines, horses and flamenco, is home to an old town that has been declared a historic site. This is one of the noblest towns in the province of Cadiz, combining the lordliness of stately palaces with the popular charm of a typical Andalusian market town. On arrival in Faro, return your bikes to your hotel for a final night.
13

Day 13: Return flight.

After breakfast, depending on your flight schedule, you leave Faro and return to your destination.
